Main features
YKA-280A anchoring rig is a new, efficient and multi-function drill developed by our company on the basis of mine, well and anchoring. With unique water-gas dual structure, it is an ideal drill for the construction of more complex strata.
It is widely used in drilling anchor rope and bolt hole,also used in well, pipe shed, blasting hole, micro pile hole and other engineering construction.
1.Pumps power matching, equipped with speed regulating valve, pressure regulator, to fulfill the requirements of air drilling and the parameters of the hydraulic drilling technology, hydraulic rock drill head match at home and abroad and hybrid headed into better matching, more adapt to the soil, sand-gravel layer, rock formations and such as complex formation, top drive drilling, DTH drill, double pipe drilling , screw drilling and other anchoring techniques.
2.Equipped with vehicle-mounted hydraulic Mud Pump or water pump, rapid conversion mechanism of mud and air drilling.
3.clamp holder system, ensure the casing, drilling tools, drilling technology to achieve rapid conversion.
4.Track floating, leg leveling, hydraulic winch, hydraulic gripper, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency.
5.Optional automatic receiving and unloading system can realize automatic loading and unloading of drill pipe. 6.Optional cab for operation all day, more comfortable and flexible operation.
7.The hydraulic system is equipped with an independent air-cooled hydraulic oil radiator, which can be equipped with a water-cooled radiator to ensure the continuous operation of drilling under high temperature and other climate conditions in different regions, and the hydraulic system works efficiently.
