Main features
The 27.5m high auto-Rotary Drilling Machine is mainly used for construction of soft ground and watertight curtain.
1. A detachable 20m sub tower was installed
1) During rotary jet grouting, it can replace overhead rotary jet grouting to reduce the times of disassembly of drilling tools, save time and materials, also reduce potential quality hazards.
2) During anti-floating anchor rod construction, the anchor rod can be lifted to save the hoisting cost.
3) The detachable sub tower can be disassembled during the construction of inclined anchor cable without affecting other functions of the rig.
4) During short anchoring rod construction, one rod can be reached to the end to save time and effort.
5) The sub-tower is standardized in design, and the four sections can be combined freely into 5, 15 and 20 meters.
2. Large hole gyroscope
1) The diameter of the through-hole is 92mm, and the 89 drill pipe can pass smoothly.
Triple rotary jet grouting and anchoring construction can be achieved.
2) Ordinary 89mm rod can also be used for anchoring construction.
3) Hydraulic chuck structure can make the replacement of drilling tools more convenient and free.
4) Large torque power head, in conjunction with our company's enhanced rotary jet drilling tools, can be used in most formations without guiding holes, which greatly saves cost and time.
3. This Jet Grouting Rig is equipped with an optional drilling parameter to realize real-time recording of 11 construction parameters such as grouting amount, lifting speed and rotating speed.
